1 hour private Yoga session in person or via zoom.  After we meet I will make you a personalized yoga practice video (30-45 min.) that you can access over and over again.

Gather some friends & family and have your own private yoga class at Wild Rose Holistic Health or via zoom.  Hatha Yoga, meditation, or deep relaxation classes.

$100 in person or zoom for up to 6 people.  $15 for every additional person.
